The main responsibilities are:
- Manage, select, coach and orient team of development associates to deploy application project
- Build a team-based work environment by establishing and meeting stakeholder expectations on a timely manner
- Execute projects by removing barriers and prioritizing critical issues
- Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs and initiatives
- Implement solutions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Promote and support company policies and ensure their compliance

Conocimientos:
Cualidades: Computer Sciences or related Engineering bachelor degree. 5 to 10 years of experience in Application development areas or related duties. Three to five years of experience leading IT development teams. Must demonstrate success in managing complex and business wide implementation projects. Knowledge in Java or similar programming language. Preferred experience working with Leankit, Remedy and similar enterprise management platforms. Advanced English required.
